New Year Resolutions

How to make new years Resolutions that you can actually achieve

It’s the time of year when people get all emotional about the last 12 months and everything they wanted to do but never got to doing.
Come 1st of January of the next year everyone has a list of stuff to do in the next 12 months, its funny how many of the stuff just never gets done or achieved.
However, there is absolutely nothing wrong with making new resolutions as long as they are achievable.

Let’s look at some resolutions that are difficult to achieve, unless you get professional help:
1. Stop smoking.
2. Stop drinking.
3. Stop being abusive.
4. Stop drug abuse.
5. Stop any kind of addiction.

The following are some resolutions that are easier to keep;
1. Loving people around you more sincerely.
2. Helping those in need or less fortunate.
3. Pray for others.
4. Be more available to family and friends.
5. Loving yourself enough to be happy with your weight, height, hair colour and size of your feet.
6. Asking for help even if you feel like you can do everything yourself, it makes others feel important.
7. Count your blessing more then ones a day.
8. Tell people how you really feel, even if it means humbling yourself.
9. Say “I Love You” more often, your spouse will fell secure.
10. Laugh at your own stupid mistakes even if you’re embarrassed.
11. Give without counting, forget what you gave.
12. Thank God for your life, others didn’t make to thus far!

These are achievable, plus you don’t need to make new resolutions next year! Just recycle them! Spread the Love around, the World needs Love!
